I'm too risk-averse to want Noel. If the draft goes 1-Len 2-Oladipo 3-Porter 4-Bennett, I take Zeller @ 5. We could grab the better of McCollum or Muhammad whomever else we desire at 10, hopefully.

On Dudley, I agree. And we have enough future picks at this point that I think we'll soon be in sore need of vets to take leadership positions, so that one probably makes little sense for us. KM for...
I like Oladipo, Len, Bennett, and Zeller, and I wouldn't be disappointed with Noel or McLemore. I think Burke will be good but don't want him. The only guy I don't want is Porter. When a team has no...
I think KCP has a pretty low ceiling. I think at 10, the odds are better we find an impact 4/5 than an impact 2. At 30, not so sure, but there are a number of bigs I like in that range. For now, I'm...
I've changed my mind. Now I want McCollum. Suffices to say, I'll be happy pretty much no matter what on draft day.
Edit: Nah, I want Oladipo.
Edit: I don't know what I want.
Scenario: Suppose Noel drops to the Suns. 1: McLemore, 2: Oladipo, 3: Porter, 4: Len. Do you take Nerlens at 5?

Considering McLemore goes #1, he shouldn't be on this list.
I argued myself into voting for Zeller over Oladipo. What have I become?!?
(Note: I would probably draft Dipo at 5, as I think Zeller...
For instance, I hated Thabeet, and made fun of my friends for thinking he was worthy of a top draft pick. He just looked funny. A true plodder. Also, it seems, he's Dwight's kryptonite (though, to be...
I liked what I saw out of Gobert's scouting video. I like how aggressively he moves on the pick-and-roll and how he moves his feet on defense (note: not how *fast* he moves his feet on defense). I...
Thanks, In2. Keep fighting the good fight.
We have plenty of space to leverage as-is. We're already in a position to leverage that space. I can't imagine making 2 or 3 trades where we leverage that space, though I like the idea of dumping...
I have a hard time evaluating the 5 in that circumstance: I don't know how good Bennett is (or how good we think he is); while I'm wary of Len, I'm excited about him; and Zeller would no longer be...
My about-face on Zeller was for a number of reasons, but yes, his combine results are a crucial factor.
I was down on Zeller originally because in the tourney, he kept trying to power his way...
Agreed.
Would Washington go with three guards? I think there's a solid chance that McLemore-Oladipo go 1-2.
Len's feet worry me. Beware big men with bad feet, the saying goes.
I think it's ridiculous to...
I, too, am starting to think that Zeller may be our guy at 5. If it's running we want, effort, IQ, and skill - he gives us that. I could see him being perennial 20/10 guy. He'll never be perfect, but...
The real mistake was choosing Ibaka over Harden. But for Harden's performance in the finals, I think the Thunder would have traded Ibaka instead. Oops!
Good management is as exciting as a good team. Maybe more.
I think McDonough's taking a very hard look at Alex Len, in particular.
I also think Cleveland may take Porter #1.
Nah, Marion was cool. Smiled a lot, laid back. IIRC.
I believe I pined for Jonathan Bender in that draft. Shows what I know.
Alex Len: skilled, mobile, athletic, smart, aggressive, big, broken foot.

Re: #30, I'd also take a flyer on...
Every mock draft has players slipping into the second round whom I'd be happy to take at 30. But that's chiefly because every mock has Mike Muscala going in the second round.
Under no circumstances would I draft Muhammad in the first round.
I don't doubt that Zeller's an NBA starter, though maybe a 6th man on a great team. Love his motor. He'll always be a liability defensively I think, but so was the two-time MVP.
Carey, what would...
